Cancellations

Sometimes, things come up and you (guests) have to cancel. When you’re ready to do that, here’s how.

Cancelling your reservation for a stay

Your plans have changed and now you need to cancel your reservation. No problem. You can send an email (Contact Us) through this site to cancel or make changes to your reservation.

 

Refund amount if you choose to cancel

In most cases, your refund amount depends on our reservation’s Type.

Reservation Type 1. – Booking outside 30 Days of Check-in

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in

If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll receive 50% for all nights

If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you won’t be entitles to receive a refund

Reservation Type 2. – Booking within 30 Days of Check-in

To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 24 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in

If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll receive 50% for all nights

If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you won’t be entitles to receive a refund

 

Requesting a refund during your stay

If you’re experiencing an issue during your stay, you can ask your Host to fix it or request a partial refund for the night remaining. It’s important to submit your request within 24 hours of noticing the issue, and your Host will have 2 hours to respond. Unless it is during the night were responses will be within normal working times (0900-1700hrs). If they decline or don’t respond, you can ask for a refund.
